2+ hour wait times and rude front desk staff. The doctors and nurses are good but they don't remember you even if you were in 2 weeks before for the same issue. Wish they would work on continuity of care. Also, i was told if i don't get a call labs are normal. 5 months later after several attempts at getting lab results they called to tell me my childs labs were abnormal. It caused developmental delays and it took them 1year to give me a referral to get my child the help they need
