The food is great, that being said, the owners sit in a booth on the phone amongst the customers reading back credit numbers from call ins loud enough for anyone to copy what they need to steal your info. The delivery driver is not dressed appropriately to be handling food and the owners son, who is 13 years old, is serving customers without proper training. Over the years I have seen their customer base keep shrinking because they have no idea how to treat their customers appropriately. Keep the phone calls away from your dine in customers. Make sure your employees dress appropriate for food handling. Turn on the lights in the restaraunt. Clean the fish tank once in a while.

We love TSE! We normally order the Chinese chicken chow mein to go. The food is delicious and our order is always ready in 10-20 minutes.
