Got our order wrong and replaced it no questions asked. Wonderful service. Gary was the manager. Great guy!!!!

We left without ordering. While waiting in line, we noticed half of the staff were not wearing uniforms or aprons. Those not dressed in Wendy's uniforms were wearing what looked like clothes you would lounge in around the house. Those cooking and preparing food were not wearing gloves and were yelling at each other. All the workers were slouching around and looked very unkept and acting extremely unprofessional. Those who had already ordered were coming back up front with missing chicken from their salad or wrong orders. One person who ordered to-go but received their food on a tray. When she told the worker she needed it to-go, the worker just handed her a bag and walked off. I will not be back.

My daughter and I always go on our lunch dates here and the food is always amazing! Today one of the managers was so nice to My daughter and made her day by give her a free cup of ice cream!
