This is the worse place that I have been to.. I ordered pizza at 11:30 am today and waited 2 hours so I called and then they tell me they have no delivery drivers! So I gave them another chance and went tonight, I waited hour and half bc they was busy so I go through drive threw and set 30 min, so finally I went in and it still wasn't ready! Never ever again! That place is a mess and they have no idea what their doing!

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone.didn't have nothing available I wanted and couldn't answer any of my order requests.just BAD!!!!!

Awful service... slow 25 extra mins more than expected wait time, manager yelling at employees, pizza overcooked plus hair on it... only thing good was the wings.

Clint Schumpert has been managing this location for over TWO DECADES! His customer service is EXCELLENT and always CONSISTENT ;)

I normally would not take time to negatively review a Buisness but this one deserves it. I called at 9:45 and after completing my entire order and also paying via credit card, was told it would be 30 minutes and the phone call ended. They called back at 9:52 to let me know they didn't have a delivery person so I offered to come pick it up but then they said they were closed. I asked what time they close and they said 10 so at that point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and said she had shut her registers down and they were closed. I brought it to her attention that it wasn't closing time and I said so you closed your register 15 minutes early and she hung up on me. Not professional at all. That was very unprofessional of a person in a managerial position. I know what it's like to work with the public and have a certain time to hope to walk out that door and the day end but when you're in customer service that is something that comes with it. I will be calling higher management tomorrow because I'm almost positive that what this manager did is completely against policy.
