Today I had the best dental experience with a dental assistant by the name of Tonya. She was really nice and informative. So was Dr. Buckner. They both gave me all the information I needed to help me better prevent cavities. They were the best.

Yesterday I visited Kool Smiles for an emergency visit. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff greeted me as I entered the clinic. The front desk clerks assisted me with every aspect of paperwork, insurance, etc. The office manager, Avery Sims, introduced himself and helped with the entire process. He seems to have remarkable rapport with his staff members. He was attentive to their needs as well as mine. I could tell that everyone on staff shares a mutual respect for one another and works well to benefit their patients. The dentist that I saw yesterday was also amazing. She took time to make sure that I was comfortable and at ease. She was very delicate in examining the area of concern and worked efficiently to make sure that I received relief from the pain I had been experiencing. She also explained the problem in detail, gave me instructions for follow-up care, and encouraged me to return if I had any other continuous issues. I am so pleased with my appointment with Kool Smiles and everyone that works there. They definitely made me feel welcome and got to the root of the problem, literally.

I really enjoyed the great atmosphere and am very delighted that my child and myself got a chance to experience this. Ms Tonya along with Dr Moore as well as the entire staff exemplified great professionalism. I would like to say thank you.
