I have been to Phryme multiple times and have been disappointed in their steaks. Not the flavor, but the quality of the meat for the price. Always ok, but never "great." Figured I would go there again and try something different, so I had a burger...I must say it was fantastic. Wonderfully seasoned, very tender, and juicy. I will come back for a burger, but don't think their steaks warrant their price.

Great place. Atmosphere is amaz-balls. Food is great. Service is outstanding. Nothing to hate here.

My husband and I went here over Labor Day weekend for our first date night since our daughter was born 7 months ago. As far as ambiance and service, we were very pleased. Our waiter was on point and made an excellent wine choice for me with my dinner. What was most disappointing was the food. We ordered the Ultimate Surf and Turf. The steak was tender but was extremely lacking in flavor. The seafood was a bit tough and dry. The only thing that made it palatable was the sauce they put on top of it. For what we paid for dinner, I expected MUCH better. We did enjoy our appetizer which was the fried escargot and the waiter did bring us a complimentary broccolini dish. I don't know that we will return but at least we did try it once.

So this was our first experience with this particular Steakhouse we had heard a lot about it and we're quite excited to go. The inside is absolutely gorgeous beautiful I love the decor I love the low lighting the staff is very friendly and very helpful. As far as the food the side dishes were rather good I really like their potatoes they were probably the best thing we had there. As far as the steak we ordered the 18 ounce bone-in ribeye that was dry aged for 30 days which cost about $70 and I don't know if it was just this particular occasion or not but it was very lacking in flavor and just wasn't over all impressed with it it just wasn't that great. I would still recommend this place especially if you're in the downtown area they also have a bar if you want to come in and dress more casual and experience good bar food I hear they have really good burgers and of course they have really good cocktails and wines and even beer. I definitely think I will go back and give this place another chance overall it was OK experience.
