Waited about 25 minutes for my pizza. When it finally came it was totally wrong. They were extremely nice and offered to replace it. We waited for another 20-25 minutes and it was wrong again. :(
We ate and cried. The manager gave us a coupon for a free pizza in the future. The front of house staff was great, but the guys in the back were no good!

I will give you 5stars when you keep up with salad bar. Pizza is great. But I like a salad bar like 101st & Sheridan has.

Mazzios is great in general and this one is no exception. I can be sure any time I order my food is going to be consistently delicious. I'm not sure a lot of people know this but Mazzios makes their own dough fresh everyday. They have one guy in the back there whose only job is to make that tasty dough fresh ALL DAY. I live very close to the store and when I order delivery, although they quote a 45 minute delivery time, it almost always arrives within twenty minutes or so. They were the first ones to offer an Alfredo sauce on a pizza and are still the best. I moved out of town for several years and every time I visited home I would HAVE to get some Mazzios pizza. Really great.
