Generally quality food. I really like the smoked chicken and we have ordered their smoked turkeys for holiday meals before with excellent results. The only complaint I have is that there is one worker with a God complex that works periodically at lunch. I think he's the manager, at least he acts like it, and he is not friendly and charges extra for almost any substitution I try to make whereas literally no one else at any Billy Sims I frequent does that. If not for him, this place would get five stars.

Beautifully delicious... this was a nice place to stop into for lunch. Their food had me full but did not make me sleepy.

Crew was doing great for having only 2 people. Needed another member of the team though to have good speed of service.

Discovered Billy Sims about 6 years ago. And now every time ,I am in Oklahoma (since there are none in Texas.) I find a reason to stop and get some ribs and brisket. Some of the best sauce and the ribs are TENDER as well as the Brisket and top it off with slices of Texas Toast. Service is always great from Durant to Tulsa.
