The workers here are very rude, and the front desk lady you can't understand her *english* so we waisted a half a day 2 days in a row, to sit in the office again!!!! For what ?!??!?!!

Honestly the people at the front are rude. I was the ONLY person in there. My appointment was at 2:30, it's 3:10 now and I'm still waiting. There are no cups for water at all. The lobby is very dirty. I've tried to ask the ladies up front questions a couple times and they have just been rude with me. They're back there laughing and joking around. This place has always been crappy, but is just gotten worse. i should have just made an appointment with an actual doctor.
But the doctor I did see was super friendly and really quick and went over all information completely and made sure I had no questions. Knew I was in a hurry so made sure to make it quick

Crazy expensive. Spent 280$ to get a birth control shot. That's 1/4 of my sisters monthly income. I had to pay for it because she could not afford it. I'd give zero stars if possible. How is this supposed to be helping women when they are so outrageously expensive. Then say they can't base payment of monthly income yet their website says they do.
