I did not have time to remove all my items from my truck before I brought it in for an oil change, and have a turn signal replaced. They for got to repair the turn signal and I had to return to have it replaced. I had a Benchmade Triage knife I received as a gift from my son in the front console. The knife was missing when I got home. Its my fault because I left it in the truck..So if you go to Fowler for service make sure you remove all items you do not want them to steal.. This has happened before, so that is why I'm stating it is my fault.

Last Monday I went in for an oil change. I was given a list of recommendations from Toyota that came up to $228. I went in expecting a simple oil change. There was nothing simple about that visit. Michael kept telling me it was "his job' to tell me what Toyota recommended. I was hit with it before I got out of the car. This was a very stressful appointment for me; it did not have to be that way. I will not be back to Fowler Toyota.

I've sincerely never been more impressed with customer service in my life than I have with Fowler Toyota.
Update November 2016-
I found there were some issues with the truck I had purchased just earlier this year- problems I had asked specifically about and been assured they were good. I was shocked, and I reached out to Fowler Toyota, hoping for help with my situation.
They came through 100%. They listened to my concerns, and communication was so clear. I can honestly say, I've never been more impressed with customer service in my life. Matt & Charlie are the best. Fowler Toyota has made a customer for life with me!!

Recently bought a Toyota Tacoma. I noticed on our test drive that the tire light was on, and sure enough when we got back, the tire was flat. When you are about to spend that much money on a truck, and something like that goes wrong on Friday the 13th, you start to doubt your decision making and I started firing out questions rapidly at the poor Salesman. He was incredibly patient and seemed genuinely concerned himself. He made sure service quickly took care of the problem.
The whole thing went smoothly after that. Very happy with my experience.

Fowler Toyota of Tulsa is a great dealership and everyone there really takes care of you. I have been there several times and the staff is always friendly and attentive. They also sponsor some great community events that I really enjoy. I really appreciate how much they do to make sure that their customers happy. Even if an issue arises, they really work with you to resolve it. Their service center is always clean and comfortable and the music selection isn't half bad either. I highly recommend them!

Fowler does not care about you or working with you to stay within a budget. All they they care about is exploiting young, old (the reason I'm leaving this), and any gullible person they possibly can so they can sit and count their money while sending those same people through a financial hell hole. It's a damn shame you exploit anyone you can, especially since there are good dealerships out there trying the best they can. I've already talked 3 of my friends that were car shopping out of visiting your dealership in the past year. In the past year was when you absolutely exploited my grandparents for every dollar you could. Knowing I kept 3 people from spending a combined 70k from you and that I do not plan on stopping is a pretty remarkable feeling. It's probably the same feeling you get exploiting old people. Except with me, this satisfying feeling is justice. Not sickening.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:
We have spoken with y'all several times since you exploited the older couple, but $$$ is $$$. You'll find a more appropriate way to say it, and we have heard it all from you in these discussion, but don't lie on a public forum to protect whatever little integrity you have. My whole line of work is constantly networking with other professionals. I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed the disgust on people's faces when I share the story. You may not go out of business, but if I die and keep you away from 6-7 figures worth of selling cars based on bad rapport, I'll be happy.
