George and Lanie are the gold standard for superior customer service. In and out type of service. They always have a great selection of cars. Avis has the best prices anyway. But these two put the icing on the 🎂.

Quick friendly service, the car wasn't ready as they wanted to "spot vaccum" told them no thx in a hurry, car smelt of smoke and quite dirty inside

I choose this location to rent my cars because Lani and the staff are personable and efficient. There's another car rental company closer to my house that I tried once, and I'll never do it again. I really appreciate the value of Avis, but the friendliness of the Elgin location is why I go back again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to rent a vehicle.

Always have been professional and friendly. Rented Maxima for $125 with insurance and unlimited miles for weekend.
