Dr. Mueller is so very honest and compassionate. She may come off as a little bit rushed and no-nosense, but I always trust her to give me the straight truth-even if it's bad news. She will also tell you you can spend thousands elsewhere and maybe this if that will happen, but...she'll tell you what she'd do if it were her animal and you're not made of money. She works harder than most people I know. She's not charged me in the past if I went in with a quick question. In return, I always try to donate to one of the many rescue groups they work with.
I currently have a dog with a pretty serious problem and she is the only one I'm trusting to get us through this. I've also met Dr. Benitez and he's been very good, as well.

Boarded my two dogs there about two years ago, they came back with ticks. We never had a problem before. Still fight them. Don't board your animals here.

This is Tucson best vet center and kennel services that we have found! Amazing and friendly environment, staff are exceptional and the treatment that your pets will get is exceptional! I will never leave my dogs in the care of any other veterinarian and kennel businesses in Tucson!!

Yoko went for her annual teeth cleaning, as this is the best way to keep your pet healthy. She is thirteen years old and they take great care to keep her safe through the procedure. Her bloodwork was excellent and she is on a regimen of antibiotics. The vet called and asked how she was doing the Day after her procedure. Yoko does not act like a 13 year old. I am very pleased with the care that she is given at Broadway Animal Hospital ♡♡♡♡♡

Kelly laughed at me today when I explained that my cat has a severe eye infection and I was seeking payment plans, as I don't have $500 in my pocket. Thanks Kelly for laughing at my injured cat and then being sarcastic when I said it was rude to laugh. I hope management teaches her some customer service skills, she clearly has none.
