Rocio did a fantastic job on my hair as she always does. She's my favorite hairstylist ever.. She speaks The Language of Hair.. it was my first time at the Xanadu salon on Grant Rd and it was very nice. They have an open house coming up Saturday August 12th at 6 p.m.

I was in there no more than 15 mins & gladly had to leave. The lady was rude, no customer service. Will not go back

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL: NEVER GO TO THIS SALON!!!! Had a Groupon for a deep-tissue massage with aromatherapy. The young girl who did my massage was so inexperienced, she had NO IDEA what she was doing. The room was disgusting with used towels scattered all over the floor. She had a crusty plush blanket on the table...so awful. I should've walked out then but I tried to keep an open mind and give her a chance. She played music so loud, it was anything but relaxing. Despite the loud music, I could hear staff outside the door yelling and being very noisy during the whole massage. The "therapist" couldn't possibly have been licensed. She didn't do any kind of consultation to ask about injuries or problem areas, just started right in with the most useless and horrible massage I've ever had. It was basically light rubbing in a few areas, that's it. That she would call it deep-tissue is just laughable. She had absolutely no knowledge of how muscles work, and she put my arms in weird positions and made them dangle off the table. She also jerked my neck to the side, causing a lot of pain. She also talked incessantly about her personal life, and she told me that she does these massages for $20 (I paid $40 for a $65 value massage, so this was insulting). No aromatherapy was used. She didn't know how to tuck sheets around me properly, leaving me exposed at times. She never touched my lower back or my feet. The whole experience was like a very bad joke. Afterward in the lobby, the owner was sitting at the desk and didn't even look at me once. Since I was the only client in the room, it was really awkward. I was standing right in front of her, and the "therapist" reached over her to give me a business card, and she just pretended I wasn't there. This place is a joke and shouldn't be in business. Avoid like the plague.

I had a wonderful experience at Xanadu! My husband bought me a massage on Groupon a few months ago, but I wasn't able to use it before it expired. They honored it anyway, so I didn't have to pay anything additional. The service was excellent. I received an extra foot treatment, and the massage was wonderful. The salon was clean, and Sergio was very solicitous. I was even given a $15 gift certificate. I'll definitely be going back again and soon!
