The food was excellent. Best burger I've ever had. The service was decent but there's room for improvement. Our server took way too long to bring us our drinks and come back for our orders, but he was very polite.

I arrive, and the bartender asked would you like something to drink so I ordered beer. When she returned I placed an order for a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings.
10 to 15 minutes later a couple sits next to me and places an orders to go.
10 minutes after that order was placed by the couple next to me an order of onion rings comes out. The young man says "sir here your onion rings". I said to him" I placed an order of rings with my burger". He said" the burger will be out soon". Will 30 minutes has passed the onion rings are gone and a young lady walks in places an order for two to go and still I have not a burger. Finally my burger comes out as I'm eating it, the bartender pulls the young lady aside and says hey we're sorry there's a delay with your food we're going to comp all of your order. It'll be out shortly. What appears to be a manager brings her food out profusely apologizes for the delay sends her on her way and im just on the second half of my burger .
Take what you will from this comment. What I can say is they are very selective as to who should wait and home will be given consideration because they've had to wait and uncomprehend simple amount of time for a cheeseburger with no fries or onion rings. With that I can't highly recommend the place.
Nonetheless if you've got all the time in the world and you don't mind a person coming in 40 minutes after you placing their order and getting their food just as you get your food for free might I add. if you're okay with that this is the place for you.
For my first time I think I can do much better my second time somewhere else.

Been here twice so far and both times received excellent, friendly and timely service. Nice laid back atmosphere with a bar and outdoor seating and TVs if you want to go watch whatever sports are on while getting a bite to eat. The burgers are prepared extremely well and the toppings and bun all taste fresh out the kitchen. They also have a great selection of sides, salads and shakes as well.

The burgers are prepared extremely well and the toppings and bun all taste fresh out the kitchen. They also have a great selection of sides, salads and shakes as well.

After hearing some great reviews of it, we (a family of four) finally decided to try Zinburger for ourselves. It was fine -- nothing wrong with it -- but not great. Nothing about our meal made it stand out in any way. The other day, we wanted to go out for milkshakes, and were looking for some more unique flavors. We decided to give Zinburger another try for that as the items on their menu sounded good. We left with the same feeling as our first visit: nothing special. Too bad as they made sure that my daughter's milkshake was made on freshly cleaned appliances in order to avoid cross-contamination due to her food allergy.

Service was HORRIBLE! I get we went on a day that it's super packed, but it shouldn't take over an hour to get your food. They not only screwed up my order twice, our appetizer was given to the wrong table, and once i had my correct order i had to send it back because it wasn't how i had requested it to be cooked. I have an issue when all your food including your appetizer comes out at the same time. My husband had finished eating by the time i got my order. I was really disappointed to say the least. Our bill was modified to reflect the service and dissatisfaction. Would i recommend to a friend? NO. Not coming back 😐
