We enjoyed the environment, the building has a lot of character and decoration is very appropriate. Lots of drink and food options, but the kid’s menu was tiny in one corner that was disappointing. We ordered parilla pollo and parilla mixta, flan for dessert that was yummy. The server gave us discount as first timers having lunch there, so that was nice! Overall service was good, lovely environment, it is a high end Mexican restaurant. We plan to come back.

The waiters, host, and the food is top shelf excellent. We loved this authentic Mexican resturant. We are planning our next visit.

My husband was served raw chicken and when we notified our server they did not offer to take it back to the kitchen, to make a new dish, and even made us pay for it. The two other times I've gone to this restaurant the service has been poor and the service was pretty sub par. This place had a great reputation but was a real let down.

I used to love this place I brought some friends there today, this was amongst the worse service I have ever had 8 people. Had to get up multiple times to get any service, I made the mistake of ordering a margarita, this was a glass with salt and melted ice no mix no tequila nothing, no wait staff to even complain to about it. I felt embarrassed that I had suggested it. I won't do that again.

5 star food, 2 star service.
My husband and I love the food and keep coming back for that reason alone, at least a couple dozen times. We go at different times of day and night, busy and slow. Almost every time we go, even when not busy, it's difficult to get good service.
Today we went at an off time, not too busy. It took 10-15 minutes after receiving the hot salsa before we were brought our waters. We ordered a couple appetizers at the same time as our dinner. Only our dinner was brought to us, no mention of the missing items. I asked twice for limes, never got them. Each time, things like this occur.
But again, the food is amazing, even their chips and salsa.
