Very slow!!! I called Zoey (management) and she wasn't too concern about the service I received.. Short on friendly staff

Wow! The person handling my son's cone was, "trying to fix it," by making the top swirly with her bare finger... Then she licked her finger, did it again. Some ice cream fell on her fingers, from the cone she was holding, so she turned her head (and the cone) sideways, to lick her fingers, again. Then she came around the corner, obviously unaware that I watched her do all of that, and asked if the new cone configuration was okay...
I rejected it, obviously. They were happy to remake it, but we had to wait for the machine to be reloaded with cream. While she waited, she was eating an ice cream sandwich in the back, in the food prep area. When the cream was recharged, the CASHIER (the one handling the money) made the cone for us... Then handed it to another employee to bring to us...
I won't be going there again. If you do. Watch them handle your food, if you care.

Delicious and the staff are friendly, just hard to get a hold of anyone when calling to place an order.
