Dave is a great guy and very responsive to questions. I usually just send an e-mail when I have a question or need to add something and he gets back to me very quickly.
It's hard to believe that in Tucson but I haven't needed to make any auto claims. However, I do have insurance for my camera gear and I did have to file a claim for that. The other Allstate staff that handled that did a great job. My claim was filed, reviewed, and dispersed within a week.

Working with Allstate and specifically Dave has been the best experience I've ever had with an insurance company. The white glove customer service that Dave provides coupled with his response time and reasonable rates is unparalleled. I am a very satisfied customer and I have recommended a number of my colleagues to Allstate as a result.
