I was with this agency for over 13 years. My father has been with this agency for close to 40 years. Always had a good relationship with the agent and receptionist. When Clark took over my premium went up a little bit, but I didn't really look for other rates. I moved up to Mesa and continued for with them for 2 years. As soon as I graduated and got a good paying job, my premium nearly doubled. I called and asked why it went up so much and was told it was because I moved, but I had been living up there for 2 years with a Mesa address already! I was told by the receptionist to look for rates up here, and I did! Exactly twice the amount of coverage but half the cost!! I emailed Clark to see if he would work with me but I didn't receive a response, so I switched. Now my father is still with them and paying way too much for bare minimum insurance. My father is close to 70 and the only reason he hasn't switched is because he has been with them so long, and doesn't really know how to look up different quotes. Clark knows this, and this is why I believe he raised my and my fathers premiums because he thought he could get away with it. Clark is friendly but It would be wise to look for another agent.

Had this company for about two years and never once did what they told me match with the bills i would get. They also told me one number then it turned out i owed them more money. Ended up finally getting a different insurance company after two people told me four different prices. Really annoying and i dont understand how it can be that confusing like what are you doing that you cant all use the same information. Overall worst experience ever!

Having been through a number of insurance companies and agents over the past few years, I couldn't be more thrilled with the service and expertise provided by Clark Rustand and his staff.
