I was very disapointed to see that Vinny was not doing what our mutual customer was asking him to do, I work for a dealership and deal with many different agents and I can tell you we will not be recommending Titan Insurance because of Vinny's unwillingness to make a change to a customers policy and send us proof. Its really not that hard, Vinny must have had something more pressing than a customer on the phone. When he called two days later to see why the customer had not sent back their contract, I told him that they would rather deal with another agent and he hung up the phone on me. NOT THE WAY TO EARN BUSINESS. He probably makes enough money and does not need the business.
