I went to the Tucson Mall location because the Campbell location was crowded due to graduation. I tried several days before I could get through by phone. My call was finally answered by the Tucson Mall location, The Tucson Mall location was clean, efficient and I was a happy customer. Don't know if the same would have been true for the Campbell location.

Called at 10am to make an appointment for my girlfriend and I for a pedicure each. Our apt was scheduled for 3:45. We showed up and there were 4 other clients there, all being treated by only 2 people. A man ran our foot baths and told us to sit and soak our feet. We soaked for 25 minutes before we were readdressed. Obviously the water was cold by this point and we were getting frustrated. The man who ran our baths came over and started on my girlfriend. He got 1/4 of the way through and stopped to go give someone a full set. He came back and started her massage, and when he finished left again to go start someone else's full set that came in after us. Another employee finally shows up and he starts my pedicure. About half way through mine, a woman working there starts another client that came in after us. My pedicure is almost done, and the girl next to me who came in after us almost has an entire manicure and pedicure done, and my poor girlfriend is still sitting there unattended with cold towels on her feet. We were there from 3:45 to 5:30pm for 2 pedicures. This was the worst service we have ever had, anywhere. How do you start a project and not finish it, and give priority to walk ins that come after a schedulled appointment??? And why are you so understaffed? Lastly, if you can't accomodate the current guests you have, why in the world do you continue to accept new ones? I do not understand. We will not be back.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! The lady doing my nails didn't even try. I let the lady know that I had a Groupon. I don't know if it was because we got our services discounted or if they're just this way but we were really treated badly. The quality of service was horrible. I usually never leave reviews whether good or bad. But I highly recommend anybody who is considering this place to look the other way because service is terrible. All they do is speaking a different language that I don't understand makes me feel very uncomfortable. Least to say I will never return to this place again. Discount or no discount!

Andy does an amazing job with my nails every time, he takes the time to make sure every single nail comes out perfect. The only thing that can be better is finishing up one person at a time, last couples times I went he got started on me than halfway through started on another girl which made my time twice as long! I felt like walking out, but can't find someone else that does such great work.
