This is a chain restaurant, but this particular location is really a cut above. Always clean, with prompt service and knowledgeable servers, the management is visible and clearly involved. We have always had great experiences here, and it goes to show how even a cookie-cutter chain place can really be elevated by excellent leadership, and by employees who care. It's also clear that standards are kept in the kitchen - good cuts of meat, super fresh salad, sides are fresh and cooked right.

There was 2 of us. We were seated right away. The service was great. Food after ordered it came with in 5 minutes. The order was exactly as requested. We had the smokehouse burgers they tasted wonderful. We plan on going back once a month.

It has a noise atmosphere. The food is very good and the prices are good. They offer a birthday acknowledgement if requested and sing happy birthday to you with all employees involved. Have a saddle for you to set on to take a picture. The place is clean as well as the restrooms. The portions are good and the staff stop by your table often to see if you need anything and are pleasant.

My family and I often visit Texas Roadhouse. We've never had a bad experience until on Friday 6/30/2017. I always order my steak well done. Apparently they were training new cooks and my steak came to the table medium. I didn't even make a complaint but my wonderful waiter noticed that I hadn't touched it and asked if there was a problem? I told him no and that everything was delicious. Not knowing he told the manager which ended up being the owner Shawn/Shaun. He was so polite and understanding and very comforting. I had a new steak less than 10 minutes and it was taken off of our ticket. Love the atmosphere and service! We're forever customers of Texas Roadhouse on the East side.

Great Food and Great attention from Staff!! Love the fact that they still take time out to Celebrate Customers Birthdays.... Unlike some other Sensitive people who wants their own Bubble!! Love the atmosphere in this place and the wait is worth it for their Awesome Prime Rib!! If their 16 ounce isn't big enough, then ask your waitress/waiter for a Custom Cut!!! Worth the extra $$$ Love the Cinnamon buns!!!
