I'm giving a two simply because I haven't had a bad experience yet besides my last one... I went through the drive thru are 9pm ordered my food went right home(which is 5 no more than 7 mins away) started eating, my food was not only Luke warm the fries and onion rings were hard and tough to chew so I ate the sandwich ( which was a Whopper) and thought things were fine...woke up the next morning really really sick. Staying away for awhile

Slow, really slow. Flies abound, hot dogs cold, wifi dead. Employees spaced out, no focus. Manager cool, refunded portion of order. Excellent Sonic across the street, no meal stress & great milkshakes.

On Thursday June 1st, my husband went to pick up a late lunch/dinner for us at this locale. He spent a total of $29.04 on a digital BK gift card that I purchased online. 2 of the grilled chili cheese dogs had MOLD on the buns and all of the fries were ice cold. We tried calling the phone number provided on store receipt and no one was answering phone. For 2 days. I contacted BK guest relations, the BK experience survey, left bad reviews on FB and Twitter and NO ONE CALLED TO APOLOGIZE OR OFFER REFUND. I have picture of food and the receipt and I will take this matter to small claims court since no one wants to answer me or help in any way. Please check your food before you leave this store.
