On my first visit to Steve's office I was told by his assistant that they accept my insurance. One month later I discover that all my visits have been charged out of network and over $1,000 was deducted from my HSA. I immediately stopped my visits, called the office and explained my issue to the assistant. She said the issue has been logged with Heather from billing. I must have called 3 or 4 times to speak to heather but I was told she will contact me when she has more info. She never did contact me. I called a month later and finally spoke to Heather, I was told they do accept my insurance but for some reason the billing was not done properly. Still no word why my visits can't be resubmitted properly so that I can get a reimbursement from my insurance. I'm still out over $1,000 and they have not owned up to their mistake. Two months passed and still no resolution to the issue. They have not bothered to contact me with any updates.
