second time someone is following me and snooping around while I'm shopping telling me I can't open items when I already know that made me very uncomfortable couldn't even finish my shopping 😒 I'm assuming she's the manager 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I been going this location for many years . It wasn't until recently we're I had a bad experience . I went with my sister to go buy make up products and as we are having a conversation about what shade I should buy . There's this lady who I assume is the manager , she's literally staring at me and my sister for a long time in a very uncomfortable way . And as I'm picking the shade she yells out "you can't open the packages!" . I turned around and told her "I know . I wasn't going open it. " I feel as though it is very rude to treat your customers as if they are trying to steal . I understand that she is trying to make sure no one steals products but that is not they way to handle the situation . That is the whole purpose of having the extra room with security cameras. It is very unwelcoming, offensive, and unprofessional to treat all of your customers as if we are going there to steal. I hope they read this and stop treating their customers like thieves. Never again would I walk in this store.

The pharmacy staff at Rite Aid 1091 S. Broad St. in Trenton, N.J had made such a difference in my life and my fiance's life. She suddenly got very physically disabled over a year ago. She is now in a wheelchair on oxygen all the time and on many medications. The entire pharmacy staff, no, let me correct that 2 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy techs have treated Kelly with such compassion and respect that sometimes I'm just amazed. I have not always had a good experience at this location, but since these 2 pharmacists have been there, the entire atmosphere has changed. The techs Delfina and Eunab (?) Have always been nice and helpful, but the pharmacist's (I know I'm messing these names up so I apologize now) Sachin and Vora (both male pharmacists, maybe that helps) since they have been there, they have changed Kelly's spirit so much. They are so nice and helpful and RESPECTFUL to her and NEVER treat her like a problem, a bother or a hassle like she used to be treated. Thank you everyone in the pharmacy for your kindness.

Terrible and rude experience with one of the managers "Nancy" very unethical behavior. Been going here for years but I think I rather go where there's "managers" who dont reprimand their customers.
