They have mostly very good pediatricians and a few that are just ok/not my favorite. Waiting time varies, usually fair, sometimes quick and unfortunately sometimes waaayyy too long for a toddler to handle. They're very good with sick/semi-emergency appointments and have Saturday hours. All of the nurses are great, reception staff is 50:50. Overall, I'd recommend the practice

I started at Hamilton Pediatriacs at 5 y\o...am now 49...my children went there and now my grandson. Dr Haberman was the absolute best and I'm sad that he's no longer there. I do appreciate the Dr's working there now and while sometimes the wait is a little long to get in, I've never felt rushed by the Drs. Some of the assisting staff aren't quite as gracious, but they don't have any bearing on my children\grandchild's visit when they're in the Dr's hands.

We all know going in late to work is an inconvience in itself...One of the front desk ladies CANCELED my appointment WITHOUT notifying me so I walk in at 8:45 am for them to give me attitude, bad news, and tell me they weren't fully staffed to take care of me. Don't take your kids here, this place is the worst and their service is awful. They don't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving them.

Much better experience in the Columbus office. Hamilton front desk staff are VERY unprofessional and rude. Stay away from the Hamilton office.

The nurses made me feel I wasn't adult and treated my son like he wasn't intelligent. The whole experiences was terrible.
