I was always nervous going to the dentist. Big Oak Family Dentistry makes a visit enjoyable with their friendly bantering and obvious professional respect for each other. It's very difficult to stay nervous when it is so comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Gross at Big Oak Family Dentistry to everyone.

I was fearful of the dentist and that led to years of not getting regular cleanings. I went to Big Oak Dentistry and they were so caring and compassionate. They helped me with my anxiety and were caring during all my procedures. They got me back on track and I am no longer fearful of my checkups! The entire staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone and especially those that are fearful of the dentist!

We recently moved to the area and are so happy to have found Big Oak Family Dentistry, truly a top notch dental practice. Dr. Gross and his staff provide excellent care and service. The office manager Sherry is extremely friendly and helpful, and does a great job dealing with insurance. The dental hygienist is also friendly and professional, giving a very thorough and pain-free cleaning. My son had to get several fillings done by Dr. Gross and reported that the experience was as comfortable and pleasant as it could possibly be.

I have been a patient of Big Oak Family Dentistry for 16 years after a close friend of mine recommended this practice to me. It was the best recommendation I have received. Dr. Gross is very competent, caring, and professional. I have confidence and trust in the dental care that I receive and this is very important to me. The entire staff is also exceptional. Sherry does a wonderful job of managing the office and handling the scheduling of appointments and insurance claims. Melissa is an excellent dental hygienist and is extremely thorough when doing preventive dental care. I would highly recommend Big Oak Family Dentistry and Dr. Gross for your dental care and maintenance.
