The entire staff here is unbelievably amazing! The receptionist, Lisa, the vet tech, Jason, and the vet, Dr. Gratton, went beyond caring for my bunny. They came outside after I picked up my rabbit from having surgery and helped change my flat tire! All of the other employees are so kind, as well, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this practice for all your pets needs. From bunnies to dogs and cats to birds, ferrets, and hamsters, this is the place you’ll find compassionate, friendly animal caregivers as well as reasonable prices for animal medical fees. I am so glad this place was recommended to me because it’s definitely a diamond in the rough! Excellent service and staff!!! Thank you soooooo much!

I first took my ferret to Dr. Snyder several years ago and I've gone back ever since. I now take my golden retriever there and I would not go anywhere else. They are affordable, always positive and helpful, and take time to answer my questions.

They get you in quickly with your pet. And they are reasonably priced. Also knowledgeable about reptiles.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. They never seem to know whats going on. Very poor record keeping. The staff will come across as if they know whats going on. Half the time they give the wrong information and they will argue with you. Dr. Snyder is the only one in the office that knew what was going on and he would apologize over and over for his staff telling me wrong information that could have killed my dog. To my knowledge he has retired. They have a young female that sits at the front and talks trash on patients and other staff. I called into the office once for advice and she knew nothing about what she was talking about and when i asked her to ask the doctor, she started yelling at me. Bottom line.... i got my dogs records and left this place behind.
