They're friendly enough, but the grooming department sucks. Mind you my dog is a short haired well behaved senior dog. I wanted to get her nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and a basic bath. Well they talked me into this top dog add on for an additional $20 some dollars consisting of a nail filing and teeth brushing. So I go to pick her up and she doesn't even smell clean. I pet her and a huge dust storm of white dog hair goes flying signifying to me that she wasn't even brushed after her bath, she still had brown eye discharge on her face, and one of her nails was bleeding. I was completely disappointed. All that for $50 some dollars. I can't say I'll be going back.

I love this place but it sometimes hard to find someone to help you. Sometimes they also just walk by without asking.

Talked to the GM while he was working with another employee. He stopped what he was doing and took a sincere interest in my concerns. Made some recommendations that weren't the most expensive and showed me some other deals they have running. Him and the other employee didn't pressure or try to sale anything. They addressed my concerns and showed me what was best for my dog and not for their bottom line. Way to go PetSmart, you have a couple of good employees here.

Took our 70 lb. Golden Retriever in for trim and toe nails. They did an amazing job for a very fair price. They were gentle and patient. Highly recommend them.

When we picked up our Yorkie she seemed very excited. They just handed her to us without any comments on her behavior, I thought that was strange. She didn't calm down after we got home, she was panting and acting strange for 4 hours. This was on a Sunday evening, we took her to emergency care where the vet said it looked like clipped her to close, her back end was red and looked sore. She advised us to give her a benadryl to calm her down. That finally calmed her down 5 hours after she was groomed. On top of everything else this was the worst hair cut she has ever had. She will not be going back. With the vet bill this grooming cost $130.00.
