Normally we love Wendy's. Tonight we went at the end of our school fundraiser and it took 20 minutes of returning our food to get the correct sandwiches. The girls were apologetic and friendly however.

Clerk initially forgot to us our drink cups, then tried giving us twice the number of cups we should have gotten... Fries were over cooked... Women's bathroom was dirty & while most fast food restaurants have changing tables/stations for babies/toddlers, this one doesn't at all... If my kids were still babies I wouldn't have been comfortable changing them in the bathroom cuz of how nasty the floor looked

I ordered a 10 pc combo. They asked what I would like for my dipping sauce. I said "honey mustard and ketchup please." They gave me like 20 ketchup packets and no honey mustard. Fine whatever. Then I start eating my fries and half of them aren't even done. They're all soft and noodley. I usually go to the one on Gage but this one happened to be closed. I'm going to stick to Gage. They never forget my sauce and they never mess up my order.
