HORRIBLE customer service and I am pretty sure it is illegal to sell the same shoe twice. I placed an order on 6/28/17, as of today I still have not gotten any communication about why I have not received my order. After a LOT of time spent calling, emailing and trying to find my order, which is not showing up in the history on my account, I found out that the order it was sent back to the warehouse as undeliverable. I said great just contact the warehouse and have them resend it to the correct address listed in my account. They can not do that because instead of contacting me and re-sending the order that I had paid for they put the items back on the shelf and resold them. Customer service promised to call me back on Monday and again today, nothing from them. The only reason I know about the issue is that I have called several times. The emails I have sent have still not been responded to at all. Shoes are no longer available so I can not even reorder them, not to mention getting the great discounted price. I am so unhappy with this company that I have been using for years. They just lost a customer today and I will do my best to spread the word. Horrible customer service and illegal practices.

In Brampton at the Queen and Airport Store I had the rudest salesperson, Bobby. She told me that she was the manager which was a lie. She told me I was not allowed to keep my receipt upon a return. This is false. She should know she only needs to mark on the receipt that items were returned. Customer Service is a joke. I have had 4 different individuals contact me. They all send a generic letter. Calling them is even worse. They answer in an off shore call centre and one guy actually told me they don't offer customer service. BTW, in the States they filed for bankruptcy in April! Try writing to the CEO - W. Paul Jones.

I had some online difficulty placing my order online. I called the "customer service" number where I was told I had to go to the store, purchase a gift card, then call back and complete my purchase online. I asked to speak to a CS rep who was very rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor, where I was told that none were available. I asked for a supervisor to call me back, I was told NO. Wow! Unbelievable "customer service"!

I was visiting my relatives and went to the Fairfield Commons store in Beavercreek, Ohio. I have always been happy with Payless stores until this visit. I went into the store and bought $65 worth of shoes. I am signed up with Payless and tried to use a coupon with my purchase, but unfortunately the manager said it was expired. So I purchased them anyway and I left the store. The very next morning, not even 24 hours later, I got a coupon in my email for 15% off a purchase. I still had the merchandise at home not even touched in their boxes. I decided to call the store and asked if I could use the coupon if I returned all of the items and then bought them again. I have done this before and have even had the stores tell me just to bring the receipt without the merchandise, and they would be happy to give me the discount. This manager tells me that "no" that corporate won't let her do this. So then I said...okay... so it is legal to return items, correct? So I told her I would return the items and then I would shop around and hope to find the same items and use the coupon then. She said she would not let me do the purchase that way either. I was like so you would refuse to let me buy shoes in your store? I then told her that this was horrible customer service and that I had never heard of a store turning away business. I said then I will just return everything and NEVER shop at Payless again. She said, and I quote, "That would be totally up to you, mam." WOW...really??? So you'd rather lose a $65 and a long-standing customer than just honor my 15% off coupon? I have never heard of a business turning customers away these days. Crazy! If this is the way Payless operates, I will probably be more hesitant buying shoes from them again. Maybe it was just this location. Either way, BUYER BEWARE! Maybe corporate should have a talk to this manager???

I would like to comment on the exceptional service of the employees at the store #36 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at 2175 S SHERIDAN RD. TULSA, OK 74129-1001. Your employees, all of them were outstanding. There was not a minute when they were not there to help. Whether it was directly in the store or organizing my purchase in conjunction with sister stores or online.

Thank you
