They need to work on their customer service. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting while everyone was staring at me. Lost my business sense this is the second time that has happened.

We love this pizza, we frequent other locations... I stopped here this time because it was on my way. I won't be stopping here ever again. After having to wait to order I was rushed along. I asked for a pepperoni pizza, just a boring everyday pepperoni and was immediately rung up for the extra most bestest pizza. While I understand it is just a $1, more it is NOT what I asked for. I explained to the cashier that I wanted just a basic pepperoni and she informed that this is what they are now. I let it go because it's been a long day and this is already taking to long. I continue ordering and ask for a two sausage and a cheese. I was told they didn't have any sausage so I had to pick something else. When I said I would wait the cashier seemed annoyed. After waiting for "fresh" pizza the cashier quickly shows me that I have now waited 10 minutes for old crusty pizza. Seriously disappointed.

The Little Caesars near my house is horrible. They need to manage peak business hours better. Even on a slow day they never have Hot and Readys. Your average wait time is 10 minutes and that is sad cause thats the business Hot and Readys (Little Caesars on Burlingame in Topeka KS) Horrible!

We went in tonight and got two pizzas and they tasted like they sat all day long. One of the worst pizzas I have ever gotten will never go back..
