Yesterday at 130 pm I ordered the bootlegger combo, with bbq chips, and a coke. I drove downtown to work, and at my desk I discovered one ant in the interior or my lid. I opened the lid and we found at least 4 more floating (I have pics to back this up). I immediately called and notified the restaurant. The male who answered thanked me for calling and hung up. I left feedback via the website and am still awaiting a response. Whatever the outcome, I don't intend to go back.

My boys had appointments at great clips next to Jimmy John's... I dropped my wife and boys off at great clips and my daughter and I went to run a quick errand across town ... I shut the vehicle off and realized I didn't have a key fob.....so I called Jimmy John's .... ordered a sandwich and they brought me my wife's key fob....thank you very much...the sandwich was good as well

Good food, friendly staff. They make my sammich so fast I didn't even have time to fill up my drink cup.
