New Ihop & the first time we had been there. Ordered pancakes no whip topping & a bacon cheese burger. You guessed it, there was whip topping on the pancakes & NO bacon on the cheese burger. Should have been really simple. 👎

We went on a Saturday night around 6pm - surprisingly not busy. Our food was okay, but other areas were definitely lacking. I ordered coffee and there was no regular sugar on the table, I checked both the tables next to us that were unoccupied and neither had regular sugar either. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. She took our order, but never came back until the food was delivered. So long that my four year old had drank his entire cup of milk, so I finally got up and asked a different waitress if we could get refills, sugar packets, and napkins. The food was average, nothing too special, but our biggest complain was the service. For them not begin busy we didn't think the service would be lacking - I will note the waitress who helped us with our refills was in fact busy, ours I'm not sure where she was. Thankfully we don't go to IHOP very often.

They charge me for the kids meal that was supposed to be free had to add that corrected took forever to get a glass of water in a refill my soda and as far as the manager goes he was very helpful and did an excellent job

Good food with friendly service. Run of the mill breakfast items made right. For a quick bite with endless coffee; good for those on the go looking for a sit down restaurant.

It was busy tonight. Wait staff did great. Manager took our order. Jamie handled a really bitchy table (not ours) with grace. I love it here
