Used them twice. One time our closing check was $3600 short than what we were told. Then another time they call 3 months later and say they forgot to include the home inspection in closing, and now we need to pay $436 to cover their mistake. Ask your realtor who does the title work. If Heartland Title,in Topeka KS, is the company i highly recommend you ask for another company to do your legal paperwork.

Friendly people, information seems to get a bit tied up at times, and delays can cause slight hassle/wasted time.
