The actual person who showed up to assist me was great. They always are. However, I cannot say the same for the out of state call center personnel. You do not need to know what color my vehicle is when you report the incorrect model anyway. We should not have to repeat information over and over again. You do not need to have us repeat over and over our email address when you do not use it anyway. AAA is not call center material at all. The best customer service was when we could call locally and get someone there quickly. Today, the ETA started out to be 8:52am, then went to 8:50am and then jumped up to 9:00am. It turns out the call center person dispatched someone clear across town from my home when there were other locations quite close to my home that had trucks just sitting there. AAA, you guys are great with the exception of your call center. You need to listen to your customers.

Not happy with my experience today. Came in to purchase Mexican Pesos for an upcoming trip. I asked more than once for the exchange rate. Once given just the first four digits until I pressed the associate for the complete exchange rate. I was trying to see how much I wanted to buy. Then I was told there was a $12 fee, which I have not paid in the past. What is the use of paying my yearly fee if I have to pay additional fees for services. I then had to swipe my own card and input the last four digits of my credit card and CSV number. I've never done that at a business. To be honest I hope I don't need their assistance again. It was almost like I was putting the associate out.

I would like to let everyone know that I was contacted today by the office manager and was very pleased by their response. Ashley fully understood my frustration and took care of my issues. Thank you Ashley. I rate the office now a 4 star.

Modern and clean, people are friendly, not all services free when you you are a member.
