I would not recommend this agent to anyone! He seems like a nice guy but he's the complete opposite!! He's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, impatient, & a complete jerk! He was a complete waste of time!

Awful service the agent is never there the secretary or whoever she is handles almost everything that you do and failure to disclose important information about rates going up all the time

We have used Heaton Insurance for almost 20 years. Even though we have moved out of the Terre Haute area, we feel comfortable that John and his staff will look for the best deal and best coverage. He has been with us from finding rental insurance for our first apartment, has helped us find the right policy for all our homes and is now helping us with drivers' insurance for our daughter.
