Received excellent care from Providence Medical East. Both Dr. Market and C. Schmidt were professional, listened to my problems and concerns, and were quick to provide a plan of action. Nurses and receptionist were also professional, courteous, and got any paperwork, etc. completed quickly. Have never had any problem getting paperwork filled out and/or mailed to me and prescriptions were always sent to the pharmacy promptly.

Nothing. Paula Market is the worst Doctor I have ever experienced. She treats patients like they they are junkies and shows no respect what so ever. Every time I go to her with concerns about my liver condition, she just brushes me off and says I'll need to take it up with my liver specialist. Funny thing is, several times I have mentioned I need something for SLEEP, not pain. She's not competent enough to understand apparently. I am going somewhere else for a second opinion.

I had a lung function test done 6 months ago, I have called atleast 6 times to recieve results. Was told everytime that I would recieve a call back. NOT ONE! Called again today and spoke with a supervisor, Julie, and she kept interupting me, coughed into the phone (loud and gross) I had to call her on it and then she apologized! She was trying to be very annoying and Rude! I had to beg for her to listen to me!!!!!! I am very unsatisfied with the way the staff I've encountered have handled any of the situation! This saddens me that these are the kind of people that are suppose to be caring for our health!
