I've been very happy with the Terre Haute location. We've had no problems of any kind. Lots of turnover with staff, but so far so good. We've been going since 2000. I'm disappointed though that when they change their hours you aren't notified until the week before your appointment. Simple courtesy to call clients who have an appointment at 8:00 am and you changed the hours opening at 8:30. I made an appt in May and was told they changed their hours not long after that. No one told me.

Jill is THE BEST dental hygienist!!! After moving to the area 3 years ago, I ended up going to Aspen because all the other dentists in town had HUGE wait lists! Aspen was able to see me right away and I have loved every dentist I have been interacting with. Highly recommend!

Nice facility. Very complete evaluation. Staff nice. Only concern was I waited awhile and could not get copy of X-rays as copier not working.

The initial "exam and x-ray" visit was very long. I waited an hour in the waiting room for my appointment, and then it took about an hour and a half for the actual appointment once I was finally called back. I was there until AFTER they closed. They were very nice about the ordeal and apologized about being behind a few times, although while reading reviews online, it looks like this is not uncommon. They also explained that with me being a new patient for my initial exam that the wait time is generally longer. That being said, I had my cleaning appointment the next day and it went very smoothly. The wait time was reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. They explain the prices of everything before and after insurance to you before the service is done, which takes out some stress. The actual cleaning was very nice (comparatively), and didn't even hurt. I appreciate how thorough the first exam was. They took lots of x-rays and went over them with me. I do feel as though they are experienced and know what they are doing. I recommend Aspen Dental if you don't mind having a very long first appointment. I did not give 5 stars because of the wait time for my first appointment, and because it doesn't seem to be an uncommon occurrence.
