VERY POOR. WAS PAID BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN MONTHS LATER TOOK $257.43 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I EVEN HAD A CHECK NUMBER AND DAY IT CLEARED THE BANK. REFUSED TO HELP. THEY SAID THAT I RECEIVED THE CHECK AND CASHED IT.
AND I WOULD NOT HAVE CHECKED THE ONE STAR IF I HAD THE OPTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As always, Erin and her staff are remarkable. Always friendly, always takes care of me, and is the reason I exclusively rent from Hertz.

Their staff are friendlier than most car rental places, although they do offer the typical high pressure push to buy their insurance.
Unfortunately, the car we rented was horrible. We paid for a mid level car and ended up with a low end Nissan. The Bluetooth audio streaming doesn't work, nor does the aux connection. For some reason, the vehicle came with a screwed on GPS unit that rattles incessantly. So we a) can't listen to our music and b) are forced to listen to an annoying noise for our 10-hour trip. I'll be going back to Budget after this rental - at least their BT works.
