The furniture is beautiful but the staff is terrible! The wait time for delivery is a little too long for my taste as well.

Not usually crowded and the staff is helpful. Most items will need to be ordered and delivered weeks later

Very nice store, but I'd probably never purchase from here after being in the store 10-15 and not even being acknowledged by the employees as we walked by only to here them greet others that walked by after us and ask how they were doing and if they needed help!!!.....GOTTA DO BETTER

Unique modern and beautiful furniture and artwork. I love this store, but had to knock a star off on the value-for-money aspect - it's a pricey store.

We bought furniture for our new home here in April 2016. We were supposed to get a gift certificate for 5% of the value of the purchase, which was $5000, so the gift certificate was $250. We have called twice per month and are assured each time that they are sending it out. Of course, it never arrives.
In general, customer service after they make the sale is awful with Z Galleries.
