I received BBL treatment and after one session my skin is so much better! The technician was wonderful. Can't wait for my other treatments.

I"m giving this one star because the service itself was good. The staff was friendly. However, the finance department is horrible. I chose to do paperless billing to save paper, so I was unaware that the promotional period had ended and was charged high finance fees. In addition, I had signed up to do a cool sculpting procedure and was charged $6,000 on my account. Within a day, I called to cancel the appointment as my husband refused to allow my follow through with it. It took 3 months with extra late fees to have this removed from the bill. We went to make a car purchase, and this outstanding charge lowered my credit rating, as it is unsecured. I was told by customer service that we don't negotiate finance fees. I recommend that you choose another company for your laser needs. It is not only expensive, but you'll keep paying and paying.
