This is a sad company. Worst customer service ever, even the agent was not helpful at all. They treated me really bad, jumped my name on the list extending the waiting time and the blonde lady that got my quote, didn't gave me options but only one company that I have never heard about. Don't waste your time here.

I love having my insurance here. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Tiffany is the one who i call everytime i need to find out anything about my policy!!!!! Her eagerness to help and pleasant attitude is amazing. I could not get better customer service!!!! Every employee that I have met there is just as awesome!!!! This is a place i recommend anybody go if you are looking for quality insurance with a smile!

I give it 5 stars for customer service. I was helped by Tiffany and she was very helpful and I really appreciate her immediate response to my request. Good job!!! Now only if we can only get my insurance payments down.

They are the worst!!! I got insurance by them over the phone and they were so quick to take my money and didn't fax the paperwork where I was trying to get my car out. I paid them but couldn't leave with my car because they were to lazy to take 5 second out their day and simply fax what was needed. I called and called but no answer!!!! Their quick to not worry about it after they got their money let's see how quick they are to take my money out my bank though.. smh...
