TERRIBLE INSURANCE!!!!! These people do not pay for anything.......... My insurance premiums tripled and yet they cannot pay for a simple CAT scan..... Will NEVER do business with Florida Blue again.

I want you all to know that they have denied several medically necessary procedures because they did not want to pay the fees. My doctor knew I needed it when finding a mass in my stomach. They sent me for an abdominal scan that cost over $1000. They denied the claim and appeal. I could not eat or drink and lost 60 pounds in four months. But people who never met or examined me at BCBS decided not to pay. Be careful of BCBS
