This is the worst medical practice that I have ever gone to. They keep you waiting for hours, they make you come back when you really don't need to (so that they can bill your insurance, no doubt) and the DO NOT TAKE INCOMING PHONE CALLS!! Have you every heard of a doctor's office that does not take phone calls? It takes them days to refill RX (the last straw for me was when my pharmacy had to request a refill 4 times) and sometimes they don't return your phone messages.

I was a patient of Dr. Harts for many years. She is a wonderful doctor and I appreciate all of her good care during the years I was her patient. She monitored my thyroid until eventually I had to have it removed, by an outstanding surgeon here in town by the name of Dr. Marie Becker (recommended by Dr. Hart). Thank you Dr. Hart for the many years of great care!

I have been going to this office for a number of years. Both the Doctors and the PA I have seen have been professional without seeming hurried. They have been patient with me as I struggle to get a handle on the diabetes control.

Saw Dr. Prieto-Sanchez and was very displeased with the appointment. Staff was rude and unfriendly, as was Dr. Sanchez. She told me my issues were all in my head and sent me away with a large bill and no help. Thankfully I found another office who is now treating me for a very REAL problem. Staff is also very bad at returning phone calls. Have left 5+ messages over the course of a month about my bill and have not gotten a call back yet.

Can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I left the doctors office and by the time I made it to work only fifteen minutes away the pharmacy was calling me that my scripts were ready. That's how good and quick they are. Anything you need is done quickly. if they say they will call you back, bank on it. Dr. Hart is very experienced and is known as one of the best endocrinologist in the area.
