My grandma rented a car from the South Monroe location for 4 months consecutively because her car put her down and she wanted reliable transportation, the employees never gave her any discounts or tried to find a better rate for her. On one particular occasion the tire light came on she took it to them they told her not to worry about it and the tire went flat she had to wait for roadside assistance and was billed for it when it wasn't even her fault, she'd done everything she was supposed to do in that situation. Causing her to have to call a 1-800 to have the bill corrected. After renting from then them for so long she hadn't learned until afterwards that they have a point program no one ever informed her about.

Mike and Andy were GREAT! Our truck hadn't yet been returned so we were up the creek without a paddle and panicking about being able to move out of our place on schedule, and they went above and beyond by shuttling us to another Budget location to get us a truck on time. Thanks guys, saved our move!

I rented a car from West Palm Beach back to Tallahassee. When I almost made it back, I got a flat tire. I called and requested roadside. I was told there would be no charge for the tire or roadside, but got a bill for almost $200. Because I'm under 25, the car was $111 to rent. I didn't hit anything. I didn't get anything in the tire. It popped and left me on a bad side of town waiting for an hour for help. I will never rent from this company again. They are charging me so they can replace their crappy tires and make a profit.

Potential renters beware! We rented a car from this location to take on a road trip to visit some family out of state. We were just driving along when one of the tires blew. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere off the highway. I called the Roadside assistance number and was assured by the representative that we would not be charged due to the nature of the event (just driving along, did not run over anything). They sent roadside assistance out and they did change the tire for us. We then tried to exchange the car at the next available Budget office with the spare tire on, but that office had no cars available (Budget should have been the one trying to find us a car, not me frantically calling around the different offices in a town I didn't know, I should have known right then what was to come later). We couldn't drive to the next town's offices as it was too far to drive with the spare tire, so we had to get the tire repaired at the nearest Firestone location. We had to wait for 3 HOURS, wasting our vacation time for them to fix the tire since it was a busy Saturday. Mike at this location did take $50 dollars off of our bill for our trouble, but now they are trying to charge me some $87 Roadside assistance fee when I was told over the phone that I would not be charged! I'm supposed to be receiving a call back from a manager regarding this charge but I'm not holding my breath.
