When I moved to Syracuse 2 years ago I was referred to go to Trinity Salon and Spa and i have been there ever since. Candi is amazing!! Along with her team :) I’ve had some pretty bad haircuts / color in the past and ever since I’ve been with Candi I never had to worry. She gave me the best bayalage color in my hair and it’s currently been 6 months since I’ve had her do any color and I get compliments from people and of them asking me if I JUST got my hair done. Candi also did my hair for my wedding. NO TRIAL!! And first time she gave me an updo it was absolutely perfect!!! This is the place to go if you’re looking to get anything done to your hair!

I've been waxed multiple times at a different salon before, but never felt comfortable or like the job was thorough. I decided to go to Robin at Trinity, after a referral from my hair stylist! The wax was quick and MUCH less painful than my prior experiences. She was very thorough and kept a light conversation that made me comfortable. The room was relaxing and the price was very fair for the incredible service I received. The icing on the cake?? She offers a free touch-up if you feel as though you need it (I don't). I'm DEFINITELY returning. Thank you SO much!!

Me and my girlfriend had our Valentine's Day date here and this place is amazing ! Started with a very relaxing massage from robin and my girlfriend had meg. Two great massage therapists, Very professional and also very nice. After we got our pedicures from Kallie and Terra who treated us with respect and got us whatever we wanted, very professional and funny they made our stay even better! My first time in a spa and I will definitely be back great environment overall, soothing atmosphere they will take great care of you! Thank you to all the workers at Trinity!

Fabulous! Customer service oriented and they make you feel welcome...love my color and got a wonderful haircut...liked so much I got gift certificates for Holiday gifts 👍
