The staff were very unprofessional. Especially Ryan and Cindy. The prices are never the same and the staff were disrespectful. No one knows who the manager/owner is or how to get in contact with her. Will not be returning to such a horrific place of business. I am disappointed as I have been a customer for years.

I've gone here for years! Staff is always friendly and my nails always look great and stay that way! Moreover, the staff joke around with you and are just a great group of people.

Good and friendly with customers. Unfortunately, I went 2 times to get a fill and had to spend an hour each time filing my nails because the acrylic was very thick and lumpy.

I got a pedicure and manicure. I felt it was a clean and professional service. My only complaint was that I got color on my toes and they gave me some flak for it since I was a guy. feel like making your customers uncomfortable isn't the best strategy.

I thought Michelle was very distracted. Every time a noise was made or someone moved she stopped and looked around. At one point she was filing so hard she made my cuticle bleed. She sanded my nail so hard she burned it. I told her my left hand nails were longer and she said no. So now my left hand nails are longer. I have nail polish all over my hands and asked her to remove it and she couldn't even fully remove the polish fully. I am from out of town and just wanted a pampering session. Very disappointed. Would never recommend or go back again.
