I received lots of bad technical information from these guys. I ended up buying a pump and motor on their advice. Assured it would fit. It did not. I called them back, left a message for Mike which he did not return. That was the fourth time I had called Mike and he did not call back. I have been in their storefront twice and witnessed the dodging of customer calls. They seem very unorganized. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

I brought the rails in from my Olhausen Pool Table which is a brand they sell and service. I wanted the bottom of the line rail rubber that came with the rails replaced with Olhausen accu-fast rubber and also shims added to the rails in order to make the pockets on the table tighter. They said the best option for me was to just trade my old rails in for new ones which I could purchase from Olhausen. They said they would use the rails I gave them from my new table on another table they would sell to a future customer.
I left my rails with the Coolwaters folks and was told when to expect them. I called when I was told they would be ready and they weren't. I had to make a number of calls over the week's time following the date they said they would be ready, since they weren't ready on time. When I finally received my rails a number of the shims were protruding beyond the line of the rail where pool balls would roll down the rail and into a pocket. Obviously, this was unacceptable since a ball shot down the rail would deflect out of the pocket, so I asked them to redo them.
Again, I was given a time frame of when to expect them and again I had to go through the same waiting game. When I finally got them I still wasn't convinced that they were in good shape so I hired some professionals from another outfit with decades of experience and long story short the rubber was pulling away from the rail, and the shim job was amateur to say the least. I then hired some professional table repairmen/installers who have been doing table repairs for many decades to come and finish my table install and asked them to peel back the felt on the rails to see how well the job was done. They did this in front of me and the first thing they noticed was that the shims weren't installed correctly. The second thing they noticed was that the rail rubber had already come away from the rail and that the glue used was hardly sufficient for the task. It was obvious to me that with only a little use, the rail rubber would have come free of the rail itself. To top this off, these rails were different rails than what I had gotten the first time around. We noticed that there were only one set of staple holes on these rails so it made me wonder did these rails really come from Olhausen as they said they would or did they actually do the work themselves to save some money and in the process have to give me my old rails back or some other rails when they screwed it up the first time?
I called them with this information on (03 August 2012) and was told that I would be called back today (07 August 2012) I assume due to a manager or owner not being there on the 3rd with whether or not they would do the right thing and refund me my money. Well, I received no phone call so I write this review which you will likely find on here and as many other sites that review Coolwaters as is humanly possible. They should not have offered to do work they were not qualified to do in my opinion and it has cost me some time delaying by over two months the installation of my pool table and the money I paid them. H*** will freeze offer before I do business with these swindlers again.

We did not have a good experience with this company.
There were system failures on many fronts. So we ended up buying a pool elsewhere.
