Food is good! Wait is always long and customer service isn’t great. They never answer the phone bcuz they’re short handed most the time. I tolerate it all for the fresh food.

I love coming here to eat!The food is always delicious.You can't order over the phone though.Other than that Syracuse has a real gem.Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Bongo makes the best Jamaican dishes ever! And believe me, I've had many. ...even been to Jamaica as well asks I still love his cooking best. I love this place so much I had them cater my ladies night event. The brown stewed chicken is my favorite, but everything is delicious. And those beef patties on cocoa bread. ...um um good. ...lol!
