Everytime I come into Syracuse this is a must stop. Chicken Riggies never lets me down. Great dining experience with the character's on the wall. Keep up the great work.

Really good food, large portions for a good price. Attentive staff. Kitschy, but neat atmosphere. I've always enjoyed eating at this small New York chain.

Always decent portion size, well prepared and presented. Nice atmosphere even though I eat alone.

We dine at Delmonico's often. Always enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. Went to their Dewitt restaurant last night and we're totally disappointed! Love the antipasto and was so looking forward to it. The waitress brought it to our table, and my husband and I just looked at each other. It didn't look anything like we are used to. Just a big pile of lettuce with a few pieces of cheese buried underneath. And a couple meat rosettes. The steaks were very good. Asked to substitute pasta for baked potato. Charged us 4.00 for it. 100.00 later. We left. Very disappointed in the whole experience. So sad a fine restaurant has diminished to this. Many other fine restaurants to support.

I normally come here for a decent steak dinner. My last visit was a big disappointment though. First, i walked into the restaurant and it had a nasty smell to the place. I should have turned around and went to another place. I went to the bar and sat down. The only thing that was good was a friendly bartender. She served me a beer and have me a menu promptly. Because of her, it prevented my rating to be a one star. I ordered to have Clam Chowder, then a Wedge Salad then the Delmonico Medium Rare. They mixed up the order and I got the Wedge first. It looked like it was a regular Tossed Salad with a small lump of lettuce. It was eatable, but disappointing. Next was the Clam Chowder. Tasted funny and it was loaded with black pepper as if they were trying to mask something. I only could eat half of the Chowder. Another disappointment. Then comes the steak. I asked for medium rare and it was medium well. I should have sent back but I had another place to go so i suffered through it. I had garlic mashed potatoes along with the meal. Part of the potatoes were lumpy. Only ate half. Place needs to shape up and get better cooks. Real disappointing meal. I will not be back.
